21 Day Paleo Challenge

WHAT I CAN EAT
- as much meat, seafood, vegetables, eggs as I want
- 1-2 servings of fruit per day
- 1/4 c nuts per day

WHAT I CANNOT EAT
- no grains
- no dairy
- no sugar including honey, agave and maple syrup
- no alcohol (it is impossible to control what I eat if I drink)

EXERCISE
- at least 20 min a day
